Chef Andrew Weissman of Il Sogno in San Antonio — slated to open tomorrow, see details below — may make one of the meanest espressos this side of the Mason-Dixon Line but the title of “Best Espresso in Texas” is still held by Austin’s Jeff Courington (above), owner Vino Vino, where the Mosaic Wine Group staff can found on many long hot summer afternoons, sipping the java and enjoying the FREE and super-fast wi-fi.
