Leave it to a couple of Frenchmen to bring wine, chocolate, and romance together at Coco Chocolate Lounge and Bistro in San Antonio. Mosaic Wine Group stopped by last night around 7 for a glass of Laetitia Estate Pinot Noir by the glass and the joint was jumping. We were soon informed that “Thursday night is the new Friday night” in San Antonio.
Above: Coco Signature Cake “The Kiss”: “Single origin Ecuador chocolate mousse dome with crème brulée and spiked cherry center, chewy chocolate cake base, caramel nest.” Other sexy desserts include “The Love Affair between Mint and Chocolate” and “Chocolate Inferno.”
There’s nothing better to put you in the mood than an impressive wines-by-the-glass program, a mind-blowing chocolate themed dessert menu, and a red velvet decor that looks like a fantasy scene from Grease.

Gentlemen, start your engines!
